What We Do
Charcoal Confessions was born from a lifelong passion for barbecue and years of dedication to mastering the craft. After nearly five years immersed in the BBQ competition circuit across Texas, we realized our championship-quality barbecue could stand alongside the best. In January 2026, we entered our first competition and quickly earned 14 awards in just eight events, competing against top teams in the Championship BBQ Alliance (CBA). This success confirmed what we knew—we belonged at the highest level of BBQ excellence.
Today, we’ve expanded our passion beyond competition to bring championship-quality barbecue to your events.
